World Relief Minnesota is looking for a Refugee Life Ministries Coordinator. Refugee Life Ministries (RLM), a program of World Relief Minnesota, is a lay led outreach ministry of the local church. RLM church teams provide long-term (at least a year) assistance, relationship, and community for a newly arrived refugee family. The primary role of this position is to develop and support the Refugee Life Ministries (RLM) program as a cooperative effort of World Relief Minnesota (WRM) and local church partners. This includes but is not limited to; recruiting and mobilizing RLM church teams, empowering and nurturing RLM churches and volunteers, serving as liaison between the WRM Resettlement Program and RLM church partners and working with the Director of Community Programs and the Executive Director on fundraising and budgeting activities.
